I liked everything about the TV i purchased!! Picture Quality is amazing!!

This is another item that’s a must. We’ve used the Geek Squad a time or two and couldn’t imagine life without it, they haven’t failed us yet!

I haven't used it yet so I don't know yet. but i'm worried our Best Buy closed so I worry about when i need it.

haven't had to use, hope all is well when or if i should it be needed

The Geek Squad protection gives me the peace of mind for the next five years. I am certain if there is an issue with my new Samsung TV that Best Buy with take care of it.

The agent helped me replace my tv was very friendly efficient and helpful

Just bought a new Hisense TV and it’s nice to know if any issues arise I’ll be safe for the next 5 years. Peace of mind is definitely worth the extra cost

I always purchase the protection plan on larger items like electronics and appliances and they have been well worth it. No problems on getting them fixed.

Haven't had to use it yet but seemed like a good value. I did actually hear good things about them and it doesn't hurt to have extended warranty.

You all warranty and workers are always attentive to customers needs.

The Geek Squad protection is the very best! I have called them a couple of times and they were able to assist me professionally and they had the utmost respect for me as a customer! I will always have this protection!!!

I like having the 5 year protection. I would always get this one for anything I buy.

Have never needed to use it. BUT... It's better to Have one and not need it, than to Not have one when you do need it. Always opt for a good warranty or service product

After having the protection plan on a few other purchases I had to have it on the TV. Protection plan makes everything right if you have a problem.

I love the Samsung TV. They are good quality TVs. I have purchased 3 in the past month. I would highly recommend.

I think that this was a good purchase and will pay for itself over the life of the agreement. I would suggest that others consider this purchase for big tag items.

I had the opportunity to buy a bigger 4K at HH Gregg for less, but their extended warranty seemed sketchy. It was also $150 more for their warranty. The TV was less but with the extended warranty, it was a higher total cost.
