I haven't had to use this yet, and I hope that I never need to but good to have.

We purchased this protection plan with our television in case there is ever a time that we need it. I believe it was a great price for the plan.

It definitely doesn’t look like it’s 1080p. I most likely would not buy again

Geek squad warranty is a scam never waste your time or money on it. They will make it the most complicated to do sort to push you away so you won't get your warranty. This is the last time I would buy or deal with this scam

GSP is useful on Electronics if used wisely. In my instances I have purchased it for a TV and a Wifi range extender. Not for smaller ticket items.

Have not used plan yet, covid 19 has been an issue.

Decided to get the protection on such an expensive TV. Haven't used it yet however.

The insurance isn't the best but some insurance is better than no insurance.

about to find out if it was worth it as I'm having issues with my purchase

I will never ever again buy a warranty from them as they don’t cover accidental and their customer service is one of the worst in the world I even went higher to the corporate level and all they did was give me the warranty money back absolutely horrible I will never ever buy another product from Best Buy they lost my business and please BUYERS BEWARE

My LG TV suffered cracks on the screen under very mysterious circumstances. This happened in less than a year of ownership, and Geek Squad would not repair, or replace it, under their so-called "extended" warranty. Unfortunately, what they offer to do for the extra coverage is NOT worth the extra cost, and I had to dispose of my TV.

tv has an issue exactly 8 days after coverage expired. didn't do me much good! recently bought refrigerator and thought i was sold the cover all electronics in home...and best buy no longer offers extension of warranty. no notice of expiring or option to continue. regret not going to different store for purchases. went to best buy because i thought they would back up products better.

Just an average warranty service for average appliances. I would not say it's good or bad.

Tv is great for sports and casual viewing. Colors are quite nice but I gave it 2 stars because the hdr is the absolute worst and when you watch content on it you can't turn it off. Really wanted to like this tv. But my TCL 6 series blows it out of the waters on price and image quality.

Bought a TV last month 11/22/21 Samsung wont help me because there are no service centers. I bought a 5yr Geek Squad protection that I thought started day 1, but since it's been under a year they keep pushing me back to Samsung. Returning TV and cancelling protection plan. Don't waste your money. Customers service doesn't answer, transfer you everywhere and you are never in the right department after 30 minutes on hold to speak with an agent. It's a nightmare, spare yourself.

Not used it yet. Hopefully it's good. Will update, after i use it. Was an ok price

Undecided if worth the money usually .don't buy insurance .have not needed yet. Can't judge how good it is till needed

Worth the money and purchased a TV for my niece as a Christmas gift. It has a 2 year plan and she can take it to geek squad anytime.
