It’s a good tv, but it’s annoying when the remote or I don’t know if it’s the tv would take forever to register the input. I’d spend a good 15 second pressing the power button to shut off the tv.l till it finally turns off. And yes I’ve changed the batteries to new ones.

Haven’t really used it yet, but we all know when you need them I hope they are there..

We purchased the extra warranty on the TV, just in case something goes wrong, However, I hope that I never have to use the warranty.

I always buy a warranty on my TVs. It’s a great back up -just in case it brakes.

I bought extended warranty with my TV upon delivery and opening the box the TV was cracked. Called Best Buy Geek Squad customer service and they told me I was stuck with the TV they don't cover cracks. I told her it was damaged upon delivery and she said if I wanted to argue to go into the store and argue with the manager. Went to the store and the manager replaced the product with no questions asked.

first geek squad canceled on us the day off, and could not come out till after the holidays. That was the first issue. We call the geek squad to come look at the TV, first, they canceled on us the day of, and could not come out till after the holidays. That was a first issue. Second problem was they looked at the TV and said that someone hit the screen even though there was no crack on the outside of the front or the side of the TV screen. It happened on the inside of the panel somehow and no one in the household had touched it. Manager says protection coverage we paid for does not cover panels. He saw this before and doesn't even know exactly how it would happen, but someone must've hit it.

Have a television purchased in 2018 that is still covered under 5 year plan. This is third time Geek Squad has had to come out for repairs. Without running any diagnostics, the tech said would replace 2 different parts and back panel that was damaged from previous repair.

I'm always skeptical about getting this but it's helped me every time I've gotten it, but I've never been burned when I haven't gotten it.

Did not even end up needing it. What a waste. SMH.

My laptop is still not protected. Hard time downloading the protection on my computer and laptop.

Have not used it yet. I think it's better to be safe than sorry the protection for a piece of equipment that is so expensive

These replacement plans are good, but are they really worth it?

I only got this just in case the tv gets damaged and because it’s the screen that’s damaged they can’t fix it? What’s the point of buying this separate. So annoying definitely not purchasing this again

I think this was for delivery service of fridge. If so, I give them three stars because of the fact that they don’t assist more with damaged goods they deliver. Dented fridge door. They take pictures but don’t take it any further. I need to call in. For a garage fridge, it’s not worth my time.
