Its good yes worth the money $$ maybe 4 some items!!

bought a tv on sale just because i got it cheaper they do not even want to come out and look at it save your money go to walmart they honer there protection plan

I had a geek squad, so one day i brought my non working old PC, they literally told me they can recycle it :(

So far we have not used this service. I am sure they are good if needed.

I didn't order this & looking back to see what I paid for the TV I had, cause I was thinking on getting another, I saw that I was charged for this. I'm not sure ow that happened.

There was no point in getting this protection plan. I lost over $400 and my protection plan covered nothing! Will not be supporting Best Buy ever again.

When I received the email about this plan there is a button to press in the email in order to access my plan. That leads to a page that asks for my phone number. It keeps telling me I entered the wrong number. I called support and they were unable to help me.

We purchased our Samsung smart TV 11 months ago for $3000 and purchased the $280 2 year extended warranty. The SmartHub remote quit working and Best Buy (after spending 15 minutes reading through the fine print) said the remote is not covered under the warranty.

Not worth the money. They come up with any excuse not repair.

Geek squad sucks they have canceled my subscriptions to early on numerous items and never notified me my paytwas near due. when I call I ask to transfer me to a manager or supervisor, they play games. I am looking into legal action

The plan sucks. I was told the tv is covered no matter what. The dog jumped onto the screen and cracked it . Geek squad told me it is not covered

Tried to get USB to work on a Fire TV. Geek squad person spent 30 seconds on the phone and suggested a home visit (this is after I told her that my building was on lockdown). Save your money.

No too thrilled with geek squad I pay for a service that is no help I have taken my comp many times and basically no help they don't even try to fix the problem still having problems with my comp to this day

My TV screen started cracked after 1 yr later and Best Buy customer services told me Plan does not cover crack. What is the protection plan for???

Unnecessary, I wasn't paying enough attention to the sales guy when he included this !!
