Highly recommend 5 year protection plan on tv's, especially oled tv's that are expensive. Had a tv for 4.5 years and decided to do a dead pixel test and saw I had several dead pixels on my LG BX 55 in. The 5 year protection plan had me covered as they offered to replace it with a similar tv as they no longer made the replacement panels or issue me in store credit for the price the tv was when first purchased. Overall recommend do not forget to add this plan especially when spending over $1000 on a tv you plan to keep for a while.

The C4 is a great TV don't get me wrong but LG really shoots themself in the foot a lot of the time. They do not seem to understand that they are not the only one thing anymore. Then dimming their TV by a crazy amount in game mode is killing their own Brand. They have been the kings of WOLED for ever. LG is either going to learn that WOLED has been tapped out and they need to do something New an innovative or they will fall far far behind. LG has almost caught up to Sony when it comes to picture processing but not quite. But when your panel technology has nowhere left to go and all the other panel Technologies are now doing better and Even LED TVs are starting to catch up to WOLED panels its time to start Innovation. LG has been in OLED panel technology for the Longest. They Should be at the Forefront.. Samsung has now exceeded them in OLED panel technology when it comes to brightness and color volume and Sony still exceeds them in picture quality. Meanwhile LG is doing everything they can to shoot themselves in the foot But like a other companies Victory is a companies BIGGEST Weakness. LG is NO Different. Unless LG does Something an makes REAL moves Victory will Defeat them.

Get squad protection is a life saver and Ive personally had to use it. Replaced my TV at no cost.

This sound bar packs a punch I currently had a Vizio that was probably nine years old and needed to be updated. I bought this sound bar with a matching TCL 85 inch TV and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

My last LG purchased was the 77in C1 and feature wise this tv improves on that by leaps and bounds. It upscales netflix hd to near 4k quality and is packed with so many picture options to help you get the image just right. The only area it falters a bit is in the gaming department. Game mode washes out the colors and hdr a bit, This tv gets extremely bright when watching movies and the hdr highlights really pop on screen during 4kmovies. All around the C4 is a movie/sports lovers dream but if youre looking for the best gaming set go with the S90D from Samsung which i also have in the 77in model. Another thing, dont be pressed to purchase the Geek Squad warranty because the first year is covered by the manufacturer anyway. I recommend signing up for the LG warranty and before the year is up they'll send you info to extend that warranty. Once again, for 4k and 1080p movies/sports and even gaming, this tv is hard to beat. I hope this helps.

Geek squad came to repair my previous tv which was a Samsung that i replaced with the Sony, the first crew came out and did some tinkering and said everythings fine and my tv worked for another 2 weeks before i had to have geek squad come back and repair it again. The next set group that came to my house realized that the motherboard was burnt like it was in a fire and they told me to get rid of the tv because it could've started a fire and they gave me the credit for my tv so i could buy a new one and thats how I ended up with the Sony Bravia which is by far my favorite tv that Ive owned.

Bought this during a holiday deal in December 2024 door my son’s bedroom & the price was excellent - less than $80 inc tax. I’m sure there are better/higher quality TVs out there, but for the price, you can’t beat this one. Quick & easy set up, good resolution & decent sound. We were happy enough with it that we bought a smaller version a couple of months later when our kitchen TV but the dust. Only slightly annoying thing is that the long slim remote cover can come off fairly easily.

It is always a good thing to have extra protection, especially on electronics.

I took this for piece of mind. I am sure the tv will last longer as the last one worked for 15 years. Only reason the other one needed replaced fell off stand.

I've had Geek Squad Protection on my other devices. It's piece of mind. I think I only had to use their service once, but it was worth it.

I bought the plan because I might have it break on me, and this is a quality TV.

Samsung is known for quality on its products. Made by humans can fail. Power supply went out on ou'23 model. Purchased like model '25 model year. Now we protected from problems or replacement.

I always purchase Best Buy's GSP when it comes to high ticket items. The GSP covers basically everything that can go wrong and have never had issues when filing a claim. I highly recommend it!

Picture clarity is excellent. Colors are well defined. Controls are easy to use. Nice size for a table mounted TV. Anything larger might require wall mounting.

I hope i never have to use this, but its nice to have a backup plan for piece of mind
