Fine product for the price! Set up is very easy and not very time consuming

The level of customer service is unsatisfying because I was expecting more hands on.

For any major technology purchases, the additional warranty is always a good thing to have to cover unexpected situations and issues that may come later while owning the product.

i bought the insignia tv/dvd 32" because its better for my eyes i have trouble viewing distances but not with is tv.

Not really much to review on warranty of a brand new tv. It depends on what happens if something does go wrong.

A lot of people look down at Westinghouse but it's great! If your on a budget like me then this tv is great choice.
