My Samsung Smart TV 55" bought in Best Buy in 2012 couldn't be turned on. Geek Squad came to verify what was the problem and told me that no way to fix it because too old TV!!?? I bought a new TV for $900.00 in Best Buy. I was so sorry to place the old one in damper so I took another repair company and they fixed it for $240.00 (labor included)!!! No more Geek Squad!!

Not worth the price. Its cheap but so is the quantity. TV is supposed to be back lit but the edge is all brighter then the whole screen. The OS is very slow to respond alot of freezing.

Worse $2000.00 dollar I ever spent. I know indoor tv’s don’t last long but it would be better to get a indoor tv then this. Please don’t waste your money on this crap purchase a different brand. You buy this you will have wasted $2000 like I did

Worst tv I have ever had the privilege to break my spine trying to pull it out of the box literally anything you need to do on the tv you are blasted with ads and to download there Awful lg interface app that requires your location and microphone to be on at all times

Very bad picture quality - not clear even a 15 year old Samsung has better picture quality.

I received a broken TV. Then they took it back and never brought the good one.

This is the second time I have tried to use a geek squad protection plan and I hear the same thing. Oh that is not covered under the plan. Or they tell me something that just does not make sense.

Only reason I put one star was because I had no choice. The yonkers best buy has the worst staff you can imaging. Very unprofessional. Not polite at all. Made me wait 3 hours for them to unload a truck then tell me they did not have it. Don't buy from them. They are liars

Tv came with no screws for the legs, no remote, no power adapter.

Horrible. They take your product and ship it out leaving you without. Do t waste your moneyed

I bought a 55" Vizio 4K TV only 15 days ago and it already has a dead pixel. Will the pricey GS protection plan cover it? NOPE. Instead, Best Buy wants me to pack my huge tv back into the box, lug it back to the store, and only then will they order me a new tv, which I will most likely have to wait about 2 weeks to receive. Worst $1000 ever spent.

Do not buy this smart TV. It is absolute garbage. I constantly have to unplug it to reset it. Go get a ROKU for 1/3 of the price

Do not buy tvs for delivery -cancelled 3 times! So disappointed!!!

They should extend the time from if not used..otherwise it’s just a waste of money

They said install came free with tv. They are liers. Dont trust them.

Worst home service i have received from them. Cancelled my order 2 times the delivery men were very rude. Should’ve never ordered from them.

They showed up at 8am instead of the 2-6pm window. My roommate was extremely annoyed at this.

Not needed. Refunded on return of TV that was not an acceptable quality.

When i purchased the protection plan, the cashier clearly said it covered accidental damages, now bestbuy is backing oout on their word!

TV was removed from box had a damaged screen. They refused to replace the damaged TV. Never Never will my family buy from them again.
