I've had great service from Geek Squad in the past with my warranties so I can't complain. This is why I decided to purchase the extended warranty from them on my TVL tv.

Haven't had any need to utilize, but have in the past and received great service.

With the cost of UHD 4K TVs rising, we could justify the cost of a 100% 5 year warranty through the GEEK Squad to give us peace of mind. We had the recent experience of another brand TV dying completely 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired but was able to get a new 4K 60" TV at no cost to us under our extended warranty.

It’s a option that I purchased in addition to the TV. Fortunately, I haven’t had to use the warranty yet.

Having used on my newest purchase but hey I got 5 years, I used the geek service before never had an issue.

Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a 77" Sony OLED from them a year ago. My previous TV had been broken by a Toddler visiting my house so I asked the sales associate if their protection plan covered a cracked screen like a toddler throwing a balloon weight through the TV. He assured me that it would. Well... we moved and guess what, after taking all the precautions to make sure the TV did not suffer any damage, the screen cracked. Best buy now states they don't cover cracked screens on Sony OLEDs... I was conned into buying an expensive warranty for the sole purpose of accidental damage on a TV that is now useless. Beware, their sales associates don't know what they are talking about. Looking at it in the best light the sales associate sold us the wrong protection plan. In the worst light, he conned us into a membership with basic protection plan to get a bonus or some kind of kickback when what we wanted was the protection plan with accidental damage coverage.

Have no reason to use them yet. But I’m sure if and when I need their service they will be well knowledgeable

Well it’s protecting so that’s good! Haven’t had to use it so that’s even better
