Agents set the Tv up and showed me the operation. Agents were very polite and didn't leave any packaging behind for me to have to dispose of.

Any time that I go to buy on Best Buy is one of the main reasons that make go there and buy the products, because if any time I had any problem with any of the items that I bought there, the service was just incredible!. Even in some case the change my camera for a new one!.

My washer comes with a 1 year standard warranty and a 10 year on the motor. This gives me the satisfaction of having 5 years of service with peace of mind. I used this once and Geek Squad was able to come out and do the repair without additional charges.

Haven't had to use it yet and hope I never do. This if for a TV I got my mom. This protection gives me peace of mind knowing Best Buy will take care of issues should there be a problem and my mom will not have to worry about any cost out of her pocket.

Hopefully I'll never have to use this 2-year protection on my TV, but in the event that I do I sure hope Best Buy will come through with a replacement.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

This is a general comment not specific to this particular purchase they were on a problem for me then went out of their way to try to help me so I really appreciated that just don’t lose what you have covered with the geek squad in your problems will be minimal

The geek squad protection plan provides great peace of mind. New Tvs are more advanced and fixing them can be expensive. It is likely you could buy a new TV for the price to have it fixed. Geek squad protection plan covers everything but theft and physical damage.

Feels good to be protected by a warranty that will cover majority of the things on the television

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!
