In the past years they were 100 percent is what they said that is why I always purchase the Geek squad on all mu purchases

Since I haven't had the need to use this protection yet, I can't rate actual experience. But it does gives me peace of mind to know I have coverage.

I purchased the 5 Year Protection Plan for my 65” Sharp 4K RoKu TV because I thought I definitely needed it for a purchase like this Incase anything goes wrong with my TV. I have not purchased a Sharp before so I really don’t know what to expect from it. I guess I just wanted to cover all my bases and have a peace of mind and not worry all the time.

so far there good they there when u need help will walk you though trying fix it

Love this protection, they came thru when my other TV had lines across the screen, one phone call and a replacement TV was on the way

I was glad I paid for the extra protection cause Geek Squad definitely had my back when my TV went out.

The cashier was lazy and use my coupon toward the warranty instead of TV. The company almost loss the sale until another representative saw how upset I was and corrected the order. I have used a prior warranty on another tv and their service was excellent.

We got this protection for our 55 in flat screen tv. We have three kids so getting a protection plan was a must. One little mishap could destroy the TV and knowing I'm protected makes me have a sense of safeness with my investment.

Bought this along with our new Toshiba tv, can’t hurt to have extra protection on you electronics

Guy came helped me with my tv he was great very helpful.. wasnt able to fix my TV but helped me get a new one on the same day

Every time I have to call the Geek Squad on a warranty issue I have a hassle. When my Sony TV died after only two years, I was told I would only be given current market value of $1080 for my $1700 TV. Also, that I would not get delivery and installation and as usual I was told I am out of the service area (even though that doesn’t seem to matter when they are selling you the TV and warranty). Lucky for me the store manager agreed that this was ridiculous and got me a replacement TV of equal value and had it delivered and installed. It’s too bad I can’t devide my review into two parts. 1 Star for the terrible Geek Squad phone customer service and five stars for the store manager!

The install was quick and seemless. No issues and extremely professional.

The quality of the tv is great and i love how they shipped it to my houseand let me know when it was gonna arrive!

Why WOULDN'T you buy this when you've already spent money for an expensive television? Even though it's mounted on the wall, one never knows what might happen. For us, it's worth every penny to have piece of mind.

With this additional purchase added on to my TV, I can get protection kind of like an insurance just in case the TV has a short and its wiring or inexplicably doesn't work anymore before my two years time is up with it.

My sales person brought my TV to my truck let my seats down and make sure that my TV 75 inch fit in my truck

I give them an excellent rating. My first LG TV failed after about 4 years. My Geek protection qualified me for full original price toward a new TV.
