I recommend any customer to purchase the Geek Squad extended warranties. The installer’s are very professional and knowledgeable at what they do.!!!

Great price for a 5 year warranty. Tv usually doesn't last long in my household so its nice to know i have protection for years at a low cost

Always good to get a 5 year because you never know what will happen even with the best of brands. I am glad Best Buy offers a 5 year warranty and a small price to pay in case anything goes wrong.

I love geek squad and will not buy anything without it. I won't even let members of my family buy anything without geek squad. Don't be a fool, don't go in my pool and don't ever buy without geek squad protection.!!!

Purchased a protection plan for my tv I feel it’s always worth having geek squad protection, I’ve never had issues with getting things fixed or replaced

The protection plan is very beneficial. I have always purchased them and it well worth the expense.

The service provided was wonderful. We have purchased protection plans with many of our electronic items, and they have all proven to be worth the money.

I feel this protection plan was a little bit high for 5 years. But having experienced sound quality issues with tv purchase within the first year, I feel that I made the right choice of buying a protection plan!

Unfortunately I never use it for any mounting or repairs, however, I was able to exchange a damaged TV which is still on warranty.Geek

So far I haven't had to use it, but just having it takes quite a bit of load of my mind, if anything would to happen to my TV.

I have not had the opportunity to use this warranty because I have not had a problem with my computer, thank God. I like having the security of knowing that my computer is protected though.

I have never been dissapointed with this protection. I will never again make a sizable purchase without this back up. Weather is just a simple question or a fix. Never a dissapointment.

Haven't had tyo use this but sure it will pay for itself if needed.

2 yrs ago, I bought a 65 in Westinghouse and did not get the geek squad. The set had all sorts of problems. It was supposed to have in home warranty but Westinghouse wouldn’t honor it. I did not purchase the geek squad for that set so this time i am not taking any chances

Had to have Geek Squad come out to help hook up the new Smart TV wth Cable and Samsun Soundbar, turns out everthing was hooked up wrong and now everything works with the Cable remote. Glad I bought coverage.

I had to sell the tv I bought from best buy cause it was never being used, and I was wondering if I could canceled the warranty on it. since I sold it to someone else

I didn't keep the TV so I was refunded, and it went to the next TV I bought. Oh, I would suggest getting the 2 yr protection plan, it's cheaper than the 5 yr plan and when its time to renew, it is MUCH cheaper!

You know the old saying, if you don't get the warranty it will definitely break. I got the warranty and know I can sleep better for the next five years.
