My tv is protected for 5 years so if i have a probkem i just call geek squad & they will come fix it or replace it.

This is great for people that want that extra protection. I had my tv break and they gave me the money that I paid for it. Good thing.

after having several insurance claims for lightning strikes on our homeowners insurance this was a much better option instead of paying deductibles on the insurance claims

I haven't had to use the Protection yet but for $40 for 5 years I wont be upset if i dont have it. Better to have it then to need it and not have it. Only 4 stars since i haven't had to use it so i dont know if its easy and simple or a pain to resolve problems with the product.

I buy this with almost everything I purchase thats expensive. It's worth the money and gets things covered when in doubt.
