Best Buy gave me up to 45 days from purchase to add the Geek Squad protection plan. Two weeks after purchase I decided it was best to cover my OLED TV.

Rate 5 stars for these 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I hope I don't need to use it, but if I do, I hope I won't be disappointed.

I was worried about hiw fragile the tv was super light and thin. So far as so good.

I bought this warranty just in case in 6 Months I had Problems with TV they came out 3 Times to fix it the 4th time I got a brand new TV because I had this Warranty Best thing I did

I've used this service for one of my products and I wasn't pleased with the turn around time. The flipside is that my product was fixed and working properly upon it's return.

I hope I don't have to use it but decided to warranty my tv since my last one purchased else where went out 14 months after purchase

You never know when... so you better have it! The Geek Squad Protection is the best there is. When it dies they come and replace or repair! Don't leave the store with out it!!!

Always get the Geek Squad for electronics. You never know what can happen. If they can't fix it, then they replace it. Worth it every time.

Amazing TV and any app you need is in there. Quality is good andy going from one app to another is pretty quick.

I have only used the plan once for my television and customer service was great. There are two things that could be improved which are the price, it is a little expensive for certain items, and protection against drops or spills for televisions.

Rep was very knowledgeable and professional and explained step by step of the coverage and benefits of the protection plan. Gives me that peace of mind.
