Loved that a five year plan was offered for my new TV. I never buy any big ticket item from Best Buy without the protection plan!

Always a smart thing to have, especially since Geek Squad is so dependable, professional, and quick to respond/book appointments.

Best buy is my go to store for electronics and the geek squad extended warranty as never disappointed, replace stuff if it cannot be fixed.

I had to visit Geek Squad because my Portable Hard Drive corrupted. I am an Online Radio Entertainer, a Videographer and a Photographer. All my files were this drive. The staff was very knowledgeable about the different plans that Geek Squad offers.

I had my new TV delivered and mounted on the wall (additional cost for the bracket) and had my Direct TV remote programmed for all of the Smart TV Functions, plus the 5 year protection plan.

So far, so good. Came out once already, did fine !!

Insurance coverage for my purchased product(s). Hoping I won’t need it and if I do, that it will pay off having it.
