Purchased tv in 2015, purchased Geek squad warranty then. Had issue with it GS came out and issued credit for full purchase price.

Best Buy is great when it comes to Geek Squad Service they go above and beyond to get everything taken care of.

Who doesn't like insurance on their products I know I do, it's a little bit pricey but I guess in the long run it's worth it.

Adding a two year protection plan seemed like a good idea in case in issues arise.

Sometimes the agents are fast on fixing the problems and sometimes i need to go back a couple of times.
