I bought a 5 year warranty & glad I did. My tv lost its picture & I took it in & they sent if off. The one bad thing is the Greek Squad doesnt have tv repair in the story. They used to have it inside the store. I took it in at 4:00pm & didnt know you had to make an appt. The salesman sd i had to make an appt. So I took the earliest one 7:30pm. So i asked when would it be ready? He said about 3 weeks. I said you could travel to the moon & back in that time. So I took my tv & brought it back at 7:30pm. The made took all of 5 mins filling out the paperwork. So I ask him when will it be back & he said in about 3 to 8 weeks. I said oh my gosh that is to Mars & back! But I got an email in about 5 days that they couldnt repair so I got My Full Purchase price back! So I bought another one like it.

Always recommend this you never know what could happen

Had old tv I bought about and ended up breaking it. Geek squad fixed it up fast. Grateful they honored the warranty

The protection made us feel much better about transporting the TV home.

Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

I usually get the geek squad protection whenever I buy anything. I made a mistake one time and didn’t get it and lo and behold. I needed it and I will never purchase anything with a big dollar value without the geek squad protection ever again.

Love that Firefox is in the system and I don't have to use my firestick. Sound is great. Picture is great. No compalints. I would buy it again.

I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. It is alexa comparible, i love that i can control my tv through ghe alexa app, the image is great for watching tv shows, movies and even plauing videogames. Yea youbwill get a much better image with a 120hz or higher tv, but you will also be paying 2-3 times more for a 57 inch tv. Im very happy with this purchase. I bought the warranty for like $30, i have complete peace of mind for the next 4-5 years if anything happens. Cant go wrong!
