Best purchase I have ever made! Three years after buying a new TV, it broke and could not be fixed. I was able to get a brand new, and bigger TV for free! I, of course, renewed my 5 yr plan, though I hope the new TV lasts me a lobg time!

Best Buy always takes care of me and with this plan I have no worries that my item is protected. I can sleep knowing I’m good especially being an Army family moving the time things happen but best but has the best plans to cover you for sure.

Some folks believe that the Geek Squad Protection plan is just another gimmick to get more money from the customer. Its like any insurance. You purchase it hoping never to have to use it.

Protect your investment, used to protect my 65” LG C2, I hope to never need to use this service but it is comforting knowing I am protected.

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

Would never purchase a $2000 TV without a 5-year warranty. I've used it multiple times on previous products getting them fixed, never on my dime, and have gotten ALL my investment back on 2 different TV's over the past 20 years. Well worth it.

I always buy a Best Buy protection plan with any electronic devices. I have used there protection plans in the past when needed and it's great peace of mind knowing if something breaks, Best Buy will fix it or replace it.

I purchased this to make sure if I had any issues that it would be repaired quickly. Never had to use it except on the occasional xBox Controller. This was purchased for a TV which is always good to have.

Ive had geek squad service a large tv, and service was quick no hassle , quickly fixed the issue with tv. The claim process was easy, overall would recommend.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).
