This is just what i wanted for my bedroom. Very easy setup. Color looks great. Connected to all my devices. Really like the remote. I can't believe i purchased this tv for only $69! Well worth it.

I myself do not like to spend more on my product just to secure some warranty as a safety measure for potential risks, especially when I have to dish out a few hundred more bucks. Although, I do appreciate the quality of service and guarantee toward my product's safety; you just can't risk not protecting your product when it's well worth hundreds in value or more. Best Buy's protection plan is definitively worth paying extra for in comparison to (most) any other retailer for large purchases, particularly electronics. If this has not helped at all, simply, protect your purchase and your pocket, save yourself the trouble of spending more later and just spend a little more now. Thanks!

I don't usually buy extended warranties, but as this was our first flat screen TV, we decided to purchase one. Good thing too, less than 2 1/2 years after purchase the screen went black on the TV. Geek Squad could not repair it, so we are waiting on the replacement TV at no additional cost. We only have two TVs in our home (by choice)...the main one went down, and the other is in the teenager's room. So the only thing I would suggest to Geek Squad, is to speed up the process. Hopefully if we receive the replacement TV on time, it would have taken a little over 2 weeks from the 1st call for service to resolution/replacement. It took 1 week just to get the tech out to our home.

The agent was knowledgeable and installed my quad mesh and insured all my devices were functioning properly.

I want to say THANK YOU, to Carrington, DJ, and Amanda. They went above and beyond to solve an issue that I had with my television. They saved a sale and a customer. You don't see customer service like that anymore. I wish I could give them more stars! WAY TO GO!!!!

Great little TV for the kitchen, about the only one out there that isn't black. Nice features, fully Smart TV enabled. And for $ 140, there's a lot of value here. Small negatives: 1) No Verizon FIOS App (you still have to have a Verizon Digital box, however this is probably Verizon's doing so they can rent boxes). 2) Like many LED TV's best when viewing at eye level. Put it on the counter and look down at it and you will lose picture color and clarity 3) Sound is a little weak, but for $ 140 I'm not complaining.

Purchased this Tv 06/09/21 So far no issues! Beautiful display decent sounding facorty speakers unlike most flatscreens. My biggest complaints so far are the full array back light causes a haze on dark scenes and even though the TV is 120hz everything plugged into the HDMI ports only runs in 60hz. This TV also automatically turns on what ever device the TVs input is on which is nice at first but can be extremely annoying at the same time. Besides that overall I love it with minimal complaints!

Used on a previous model to get this current one. Process was simple and after a call, I was given a gift card for what I paid. Was a fair deal and helps give some trust in what I purchase. Best Buy has always been good when it comes to warranties.

EZ to work with, They came out to the house and fixed everything.

Set an appointment to repair my Maytag dishwasher and will have to wait over a week to a 7 am to 7 pm window that may be narrow to a 4 hour window the night before. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers Best Buy. I don't expect much for the appointment but will see. Your customer service system from the store, which I never came back, now online, is not good. I have been a customer for years, but I think this is my last time buying at your store. Very disappointed!

This this has a crazy amazing picture and sound!! Honestly it has better sound than much larger units I've bought recently. So surprised at how impressed i am with the quality of this thing! Got it for our camper but while I'm testing it now timing of getting another for my kitchen!

I don't normally buy extended warranties, but my son convinced me to on my last 50" tv". A month after the 2 year factory warranty expired the back light went out, this resulted in NO picture. I paid $750 for the tv and received $705 replacement certificate, free shipping, (tv I wanted was not in my local stores), and standard install. What a life saver. Well worth the money I spent for the warranty. I bought the 5 year warranty on the new tv, I'm hoping I don't have to use it. But it's there just in case.

This is a AWESOME tv, picture clarity, brightness is AMAZING. I couldn't be happier. Samsung definitely did a fantastic job with this model. The staff at best buy was super friendly and fast. I did have this mounted and setup through best buy. They did a fantastic job and was also very professional and polite. Great job
