This extended warranty makes me feel safer than my last extended warranty from my auto dealership

I don't usually buy protection plans because it's better sometimes to buy a new product most times it becomes an upgrade.However money was tight, so Geek squad came to the house, did an evaluation and gave us store credit for a new TV .

The 5 year geek squad warranty is excellent. If they can’t fix the TV they will replace it. The geek squad comes to your residence they are very polite, professional and prompt with time.

Haven't used the warranty yet but have used Geek Squad before. They are professional and take time to explain features of new TV's

Hope you don't need it but 5 years covers it. My Vizio panel went bad after 4years 10 months, 5 Year got me into my new LG without having to pay hardly anything out of pocket! Was easy to call and initiate with Best Buy, had a new TV next day.

Exceptional service provided by the Geek Squad. Best Buy is my go to for all electronics. They provide great customer service, products and prices.

Anytime I make a big purchase at Best Buy, I usually add the GSP to my purchase. From past experiences, I've never really had an issue using my GSP on defective products and the value overall is great to have. I highly recommend you add a Best Buy GSP for any of your major purchases or even your simple devices (e.g. small kitchen appliances).

I had a plan before when I purchased products from Best Buy and the service was great. Again I brought my computer to get a security check and upgrade. The process was great even due to the virus. It took a couple of days but it was all done to my satisfaction. I haven't used the service on the TV I bought hope everything is all good.

We had purchased a brand new Samsung TV last year and just one month after the one year warranty expired, the TV went caput. Thankfully, we had extended warranty with our credit card company who gave us our full refund to purchase a new TV with a 5 year Geek Squad Protection Plan that we had to use just three weeks after purchase. Highly recommend protection, today, as nothing can be sure to lasts like they once did.

Glad i got this with a tv purchase, bought a dishwasher a few months later and got free install and haul away of old dishwasher They did send a contractod to install it, they put a screw through my counter top

This very much helps a lot when you have big purchases. You need to protect your products at all times and geek. Squad protection is very helpful.

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection on consumer electronics if the cost of the product is substantial, or if the protection provides for cleaning, replacement, etc. I have used Geek Squad protection a couple of times and was satisfied to receive a replacement product through the local store without having to wait for one to be shipped from a replacement service center, or having to wait for the non-functioning product to be evaluated.

I have had the geek squad come to my house on several occasions with different items over the years. And they are just great.

My tv picture died just a few months before the 5 years was up. I was given an e-gift card to use toward the purchase of a new tv. The reason for only four stars is that I made multiple long phone calls to get it straightened out. It shouldn’t have taken me so long to get the credit for the covered item.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!
