Perfect service to give peace of mind for purchases!

You can't ever go wrong with the geek squad they get the job done

Geek Squad came in to look at my 55" TV, diagnosed the problem in a timely manner & before i knew it I was getting a new TV. I was able to upgrade to a 65" I had a 5 year warranty on the old TV, so Best Buy delivered a new TV at my door. I also have put another 5 year warranty on my replacement TV.

Sure it may cost a little extra, but you get extra time on your warranty... No brainer

With so many electronic devices in our house, we love the peace of mind of having a five year protection plan that covers any problems, and they come to our home for any service or repair calls. It sure beats pulling a large TV off the wall and hauling it somewhere for a repair

We purchased a 65 inch Sony O Led and debated over the 5 year warranty. Since the TV was expensive and had new technology, we decided to go ahead and purchase the 5 year warranty. Hopefully we won't ever need it, but we have peace of mind in case we do. No deductibles either. We feel confident in the plan.

I refuse to buy a product over $50 without this. Especially when it comes to tv’s. Most stores only give you a 3-4 year warranty. Best Buy does 5 years and if the tv is over 40”, they will come to you to service it. Can’t beat that. It might be tv’s over 50” these days. Not 100% sure on that part.

Very good deal on Best Buy. Wanted to get the 65 inch but we’re sold out . Very good TV with vivid color and budget friendly. Installed this for my kids bedroom. It has multiple gaming consoles hooked up to it. It’s a pleasure watching on this television so far. Wanted to get a Vizio but heard Vizio TVs we’re having problems and issues so instead decided to go with this.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.

I still havent had to use my geeks squad extended protection, but its nice to know I have it available if needed.

Well, I haven’t had the need to use the service as yet, but when I do I will be expecting to be satisfied.

The person we had helping us was super helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I had. I would definitely seek him out again for any other needs I have.

I bought a Sharp 70 inches 3 years ago. The screen pixels started to go bad. I called Bestbuy and explained my observations. They sent out a tech to check it a day later. In two days they offered to give me another TV or comparable credit because my Sharp was no longer in stock. Am glad I spent the extra money for the additional 5 years warranty.

Geek squad is the best. I hope I don’t have the need to use them, but if I do, I know that it will be fixed correctly.

[Employee of bestbuy] I purchased this system before and it was great! The subwoofer worked amazing during action scenes. This one I purchased for my mother and she is living it.

The warranty was cheap and i hope i never need to b use but i have on another tv before and never had questions for complications dealing with the team.
