I bought a Hisense Roku t.v. that blinked out on me after a few years and I didn’t get the extended warranty. When I purchased the LG t.v. I definitely included an extended warranty package.

I would recommend you always buy this added protection. Of course, during the Covid shut down, it was impossible to get service, but once I did, they came out, checked my TV and I ended up with a new TV. Totally worth the little bit of extra cost.

I always purchase a geek squad protection plan but I hate the exaggerated price, specially on protection plans for video game consoles, laptops, TVs and other expensive products, please lower the price and a lot!

Geek Squad set up the TV & got it started. They were helpful & open to questions. We mounted it to the wall later.

During my issues w my Samsung TV, they made it out to my home but ultimately I was told there was nothing that could really be done. Ultimately I had the coverage for the tv and it was replaced.

Anything over the size of a tablet I always get extra insurance. Always always ask if protection you buy starts after the one year warranty or immediately each place is different

Geek Squad protection has been a great asset to me in the past. I always make sure to purchase the protection plan with my electronics. Geek Squad staff has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when I've needed them.

Best thing I ever bought. I would highly recommend that you always get theirs. If you’re buying in the appliances TVs anything they need to be serviced well worth the money.

Protect your investment, used to protect my 65” LG C2, I hope to never need to use this service but it is comforting knowing I am protected.

I had to utilize Geek Squad when one of my TV’S screen became pixilated. In order to correct the problem it will cost just as much to fix as if you were purchasing another TV. With my protection plan I was able to select another TV or of equal value .
