I don’t mind spending the extra money to have peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue after the factory warranty runs out that I will be able to still receive repairs or a replacement!

I like the service I like the fact that I feel comfortable knowing that all my items are protected and also getting TV mounts in, not having to worry about doing the hard work

Totally worth it!!! My tv died less than 3 years after I bought it, they are now replacing that tv. I am so glad I decided to purchase that plan.

A must have, especially if you're purchasing a new TV. Its saved me on multiple occasions when my tv has started having issues after 2-3 years

It is always a great idea to purchase an extended warranty for purchases which qualify. I have purchase Geek Squad protection for other products I have purchased from Best Buy. The sales personnel do not pressure you to purchase the protection. They do an excellent job in explaining the protection.

Good insurance for a tv. Come out and repair or replace. Didn’t like that it was double the cost of TV protection that was on $200 less than

Samsung make great TVS The picture is bright and no blur in action sequences. The blacks are very black and sound is good. The remote is simple but does a lot and easy to use. The only thing I wish all the connection were on the back of the TV rather than in the extra box you have to hook up.

I will always purchase the protection plan. My previous television malfunctioned after 2 years and we were provided with a new television of equal value. We were then able to upgrade to a larger model of greater value. I immediately purchased the 5 year protection plan for the new television.

This TV does so much still finding new things daily. We love it!

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them

When I purchased my tv I had to get protection.If you really care about your tv and want to use it without thinking about any damaged not being covered .Then this is the plan you need and have a peace of mind .Enjoying my tv to the Max

My entire household fully recommends Geek Squad services, esp their extended warranty service. It is simply a no brainer. Less headache in times of issues, and they are very very professional,..!
