Have not had to use this yet, but great to know its there.

I decide to purchase the extended warranty because my previous TV only lasted 3 years. This warranty is for 5 years so I felt it was worth the cost.

Easy to figure out how to work and downloaded all the apps I like so far. Enjoying all my free shows still. Haven't had to call them yet but good to have thr protection just in case.

Any protection plan is only going to be valuable based on how well you take care of your product. And if something internal goes wrong, the protection plan is your safety net to get is fixed or replaced at no extra cost.

Geek squad has always been great to help and Diagnose and repair what I needed.

The warranty was reasonable. I purchased second tv and they combined both tvs for reduced warranty price

It's geek squad. Not sure what I can say about a warranty program other than we get it on a lot of stuff

Very happy we spent the money to have the Squad install our tv and sound bar. The install would have taken a lot longer if we had tried to do it ourselves and then we would have wondered if we had done everything correctly.

I bought a LG C1 48” and don’t have to worry about Burn in with this warranty. Best Buy is the only company to cover Burn in on OLED tvs

Geek Squad initial service call was set up for us while we were in the store - two techs came out - I had already set up and configured the video and audio on my TV and soundbar, so they did not have much to do, other than check over all the settings - so far, service has been good

Geek Squad protection covers everything, very worth it when there is an issue with a product

This is the best investment for a modern TV. They don't last and this has you covered

I haven’t used it with my TV purchase. But I have used the warranty before on my Washer Machine and they sent a technician to fix the problem I had. I had good experience so I purchased it again.
