They come to your house in a timely manner and they handled my tv with care. They were able to figure out the problem quickly and did a great job installing it.

The tv works great! It has a very good selection of streaming video apps. The on,y drawback I found is the remote. It doesn’t have any number buttons. So if you have to go from channel 4 to 24, you have to press the up button 20 times!

I had purchased two of these. Very reasonably priced. No problems. lots of use, and I'm covered.

As long as when my tv breaks they repair or replace it this service is worth it with 3 small kids, i already lost 2 tvs to these gremlins.

Getting protection is never a bad thing! Highly Recommend You Start Getting a Protection Plan, if you don’t already. Very helpful in the long run

I've been a long term subscriber to geek squad so this was a no-brainer

They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

If you're getting expensive electronics, buy the extended warranty. Geek Squad has some of the best coverage of any retailer.

If you buy any items, you better get protection for what you buy. Get geeks squad for the protection and relax.

for big tv's this warranty is better than the manufacturers extended warranty. In some cases it may cost more, but the coverage is much better with geek squad than with LG's plan for TV's

Worth having the peace of mind and it was affordable.
