I bought the 5 year warranty and well worth it. My tv started acting up the last year of the warranty and I called best buy and they quickly brought me a brand new tv.

I am always a little skeptical of these warranties, but it certainly paid off for me. Highly recommend

I bought the Geek Squad Warranty for my Insignia Roku TV and I am glad I made that purchase! My TV had a bad speaker, so I returned it to the Best Buy store and got an exchange with no problem. :)

Amazing quality! Screen is paper thin, which is scary, so you have to be extra careful when you move it.

120 bucks for a 5 year warranty is a good investment. If they cannot fix the TV, after sending someone to your house to fix it, they will replace it at no cost. If it lasts longer than 5 years, then that's kudos to a quality TV. Well worth it.

Geek squad got me covered on any possible thing that could go wrong, nothing went wrong, but I’m covered

Geek Squad has always been Best Buy's bread and butter. Even if they did not help me set up my TV or desktop computer I know they are always a phone call away.

Replaced my tv with a text picture to the geek squad service and told me to pick out a new tv equal to my broken one and they delivered the new one and took the broken one.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.
