They brought my new tv and took the other one,super easy and painless

This is a must when buying a big package and who doesn't like a seceding set of eyes and help reinstalling stuff on the hard drive

This is more of an insurance policy on my new TV. But it is a,great comfort to know it is there if anything does go wrong.

Always get the Geek Squad for electronics. You never know what can happen. If they can't fix it, then they replace it. Worth it every time.

We only purchased the extended warranty on our T.V. due to the cost to replace or repair. Thankfully we have not had to use the service, but am happy for the peace of mind.

I haven't had to use the Protection yet but for $40 for 5 years I wont be upset if i dont have it. Better to have it then to need it and not have it. Only 4 stars since i haven't had to use it so i dont know if its easy and simple or a pain to resolve problems with the product.
