I got it because of peace of mindv. So far haven't had to use it but its good knowing that I have geek squad for the next 5 years if anything goes bad with th tv.

You've got to get this. It's a must. If you don't get the protection, you can't get the connection.

I just want to make sure my product is protected. I needed extra warranty to be on the safe side.

Not much to say, the 2 year protection is great, covers everything needed to take your mind off of worrying!

Their service is above average due timing & waiting time but their personnel is reasonably good. Their warranty is excellent & a great buy

Live this tv. I have no problem with the sound like others have and I'm 65. I love being able to watch Amazon Prime on the tv and how easy it was to hook up to my WiFi etc. Picture is great and you can't beat the price

Haven’t had to use this yet and hope I never have to but knowing that if I do I’m covered is a good feeling.

I usually don’t get the aftermarket insurance. But Best Buy never let me down. If something goes wrong. They come and fix it. So great hov

since I bought a Samsung 70in tv that sucks I am at ease knowing the additional 2 year warranty covers it

bought with LG OLED CX 55" TV. Have not had to use it but purchased it because my older LG B6P 55" TV had burn-in and had to get the panel replaced. I had warranty through Amazon which was useless but luckily for me LG covered it under warranty because it was under 3 years from purchase date. Did not want to take the gamble this time around so purchased Best Buy's warranty which will replace the TV if they cant fix.
