I have always purchased this protection for my electronics and I am soooooooo glad I did!

Geek Squad did a great job setting up Mom's TV and the man from Geek Squad took away her old broken down TV what great service.

I haven't needed the geek squad protection yet but it makes me feel better knowing I have protection in case something happens.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a protection plan for the purchase of a television. This allows me to sleep at night

This has been the complete failure for TV replacement. Manufacture only touts that they are working on firmware updates and keep asking us to wait until they fix the issues and then bestbuy keeps touting that it is only up to the manufacture to handle all the issues within the first year. Have been stuck with a frustrating family situation when ever we try and turn the set on and make it work right with the new gaming machines. This turned out to be a big joke. BestBuy is certainly no longer the company they used to be. They took care of us for years and the last 3 -4 years has been a nightmare of experiences and Sams and Walmart have never failed to just address the problem and take care of it immediately and on several products we didn’t even have the extended warranty. They just seem to stand up for the consumer and try to do the right thing, not the corporate thing. We have since stopped over 33 people and family from doing any future business with BestBuy.

I never used to get warrantees on any products but Best Buy has a great price for protecting all your devices and appliances,

When buying a tv its a must to purchase a warranty

The agent mounted my tv and connected all respective devices. Geek squad always delivers!

It always pay to be prepared, anything can happen and I'm ready for it.

This is definitely worth the money. I have animals and my tv is on a stand, so this gives me peace of mind should anything happen.
