Came check tv , seen problem replaced it quick , delevery guys were great they have, id recommend getting the geek squad warrenty well worth the money, these guys are great.

Geek squad is the best thing to have on your merchandise when you purchase anything from the store they are the number one when it comes down to take care of fixing merchandise so make sure you purchase a merchandise get that warranty with geek squad

Love the tv. Great picture. Not a fan of off the voice commands but other than that’s it’s great.

Geek squad always up to the task and gives me a sense of comfort knowing my items are always protected!

I am down for the Geek Squad. I did not hesitate to join the team. I love there name and have been motivated to purchase protection every time I see there brand.

Have not used yet but wouldn’t buy the tv without purchasing

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection on consumer electronics if the cost of the product is substantial, or if the protection provides for cleaning, replacement, etc. I have used Geek Squad protection a couple of times and was satisfied to receive a replacement product through the local store without having to wait for one to be shipped from a replacement service center, or having to wait for the non-functioning product to be evaluated.

Best thing about the plan is that it covers burn-in on OLED screens! Totally worth it if you’re using your screen as a monitor.

Honestly wasn't aware that the service came with the purchase. Have had some questions about situations with the TV. Have not followed up like I should. When I was asked to review Geek Squad so I called them. They were very helpful and offered to send someone to check out the problem. The Phone Geek and I decided we would make sure the problem wasn't with the cable network or box. We are working with Spectrum on the problem.

I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

Cant take the chance just go with the Squad iv always had issues in the past with returns and geek squad takes care of everything no hassle

I had a LGC2 go out on me they gave me a gift card for the entire purchase price of the TV. It was fairly simple. This is the first time I've had to use it for that.

Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

The tv was wonderful while it lasted my home had electrical problems when we have high winds and it went out but the google tv was great and iam going to get another 1 when i can crisp and clear
