I haven't had to use it for my TV I just purchased, but I've used their Geek Squad warranty before and I can say it's excellent.

Best extended coverage on the market in my opinion. The first OLED tv I owned suffered from Screen burn in. This is the only coverage I know of that covers burn in. They replaced my TV with the same or newer model. If you are making a high dollar purchase make sure to protect it.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

The store plan adds good coverage to the warranty.

Best thing about the plan is that it covers burn-in on OLED screens! Totally worth it if you’re using your screen as a monitor.

I liked the TV in the beginning loved I had all the apps that my kids could use to watch shows but not the Volume no longer works, and I am hoping it is just a minor issue and the sound will come on.

I bought an open box TV and it had a small burn spot. I called the service and they came out and fixed it. Now I basically have a brand new TV. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

This warranty covers my new TV for 5 years! While many see these warranties as a waste of money, I would rather not take the chance on having to buy a new replacement, as my last TV stopped working after 3 years. Good investment!

I always buy the geek skquad protection just in case anything malfunctions . I have 2 items get replaced for what i paid for the product

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

I had to use this with my last TV, so I will be purchasing these going forward when I buy a new TV

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!
