I bought a 5-year warranty at a very good price; I hope I won't have to use it.

The price was right. I have used the Geek Squad in the past and was pleased.

Took in and repaired on same day. Had a hard time finding where to make an appt.

Never buy electronics without buying the ertra warranty. If something is going to happen to any piece of electronic equipment that you buy and you dont have the warrenty, you just wasted your money on the product

I would highly recommend purchasing the geek squad protection. Especially when purchasing open box products. Any issues you have with the product they will take care of with no hassle

The techs are great polite knowledgeable the ins is well worth it as these days nothing last 5 years or longer so your gonna use it well worth the money and peace of mind would definitely recommend the geek sqaud

Fast and easy to help quick response friendly people

I had to leave the laptop with the above sihce of the drivers which handles the brightness went down as well new laptop got hit with it. The geek squad were excellent and they not seen this before but they reinstalled windows on both and the ultra brigh They htness was taken care of. They are a great team .

The tv quality is amazing, the sound is also amazing. I love how if I lose my remote I can use my phone as the remote.

I haven't had any need for this yet, but it is nice to know it's there.

Even though the Best Buy Total membership is very expensive, it is worth it. Because electronic mishaps are unpredictable, this membership makes it possible to resolve issues in a timely manner in-store and remotely.

I bought the 5 year protection plan for my 2018 OLED TV purchase. That TV ended up with failures covered by the Geek Squad protection, and so Geek Squad replaced my TV with a latest model year version. I had paid the early adopter tax for the 2018 TV, and the protection of Geek Squad helped by basically getting me a new TV with next to no hassle on my end, and the value of the protection meant getting another 5 year protection for this new TV. Hopefully no issues with it, but if something does happen with the TV I'm satisfied that I'll be covered if something does happen. They came and installed it quickly and set it up for me. They also took great care to mind the space, so there was no issue with having them in the house. Not sure when I'd make such a purchase, if/when I ever buy large stuff that has a reasonable chance of failure, I'm getting Geek Squad protection again.
