Fortunately i haven't had to use it on my latest purchase but i have needed it on other purchases and was completely satisfied with the way it was handled and the results It's a Must have for electronic purchases for me

We recently had an issue with a 55 inch TV that was not working properly. After two attempts were made to diagnose the problem and find a solution it was determined that the warranty would be used to replace the faulty unit. It took less than 10 days to find a replacement, have it delivered and remove the old TV.

You should always buy the geek squad service when purchasing a device over the 150 dollar range.

All I can say is buy the plan even if you think it is not needed..Best Buy protection stands behind its warranty and they are super easy to work with. If not for them the tv replacement I had to do after my new Samsung tv went out I would cost a lot more than what was spent on the protection plan.

Always recommend coverage for what you buy, never know what might happen!

This is one of the Absolute BEST TVs that I have ever owned and the amount of free channels from Samsung show me that I do not need cable TV and that my Apps like Prime, YouTube, etc. The sound and picture clarity of this Samsung is wonderful and the only thing that I could say is that if they added a built-in sound bar option would be amazing.

Bought a tv and returned it. The geek squad service fees were also returned. No hassle whatsoever.

Comes in handy when ya need it would get again in the future.

Excellent help but sometimes there is a long waiting period for service to be completed.

I'm never not gonna choose Geek Squad. It's always a value to me.

This is the best protection for all home electronics. We recently had to use it on a Large Screen TV (58 inch). The TV had a great picture, but kept having sound problems. After we had the Geek Squad out for a 3rd time in 2 years , we were given a fair credit on the unit and upgraded to a Sony 58 inch.

The TV was in stock and salesman assisted loading in my truck. This was awesome to say the least.

I was very glad to get the chance to extend my service to 5 years and the Geek Squad made it easy.

Highly recommend to get with purchases. My TV started to show bright spots on the edge after nearly 2 years. Made a call. They sent someone out. Determined the tv needed to be exchanged. Since my tv is still usable I was able get a gift card for the full amount I paid on my tv and keep my tv. They went above and beyond.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

It's a 5 year warenty. my dad had one of these for his TVs so this was a must get. I know if anything goes wrong my tv will be covered.

This is one of the best services around, they do an awesome job on fixing the items that needed fixed.
