I hope I never have to use it, but I'd still highly recommend it. I bought this with a big screen television, mainly because if something does happen, they (Geek Squad) will come to you to repair it, rather than having to lug it back into the store. That's worth everything it costs and more.

Having the geek squad one click or call away is very reassuring!

Everyone should get the 2 year geek squad protection for any television that they purchase from Best Buy, because you got that extra protection if something goes terrible wrong like the television screen goes totally blurry or if the television screen stops working all together! Just having that extra protection is definetly worth the extra money, so that you are protected, and don't have to throw away your television into the trash can! Everyone should be protected! It's always a good idea to have your electronics insured

Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.

Service was outstanding. Got a Rep on the phone 1st thing on a Sunday morning. Was off the phone within 10 mins and had a replacement product on its way & scheduled before we hung up. Bravo Best Buy!

We bought this for our previous TV. It failed just a few months before the protection expired. I called the Geek Squad, described the issue and he told me it was not repairable and I could exchange at the store. We bought a more expensive TV and only had to pay the difference. Very smooth and easy transaction. And very much worth buying on expensive items.

I had no problem mounting and connecting this tv to the internet. Has the best picture of any 4k tv that I have purchased! The price was very reasonable.

Awesome extended TWO Year warranty. Love the Geek Squad warranties. Because typically if something goes wrong during the warranty BestBuy will just swap it for a new unit versus wasting time waiting for a repair! Well worth the warranty for peace of mind!

I typically choose Geek Squad Protection over the manufacture's extended warranty since Geek Squad is easy to reach and has been very responsive for the other items I've covered this way.

Listen, I won't buy anything electronic without some assurance I'm going to have an exit strategy for when it goes kaput. Geek Squad by far has the best plan in the industry and has saved me from having to shell out major dollars more times than I can count on one hand. Its always straight-forward. You call, tech comes out and assesses the issue. They fix it or replace it... PERIOD!

I recommend the geek squad five year plan, I have used it numerous times and it's great.So I recommend to anyone to get it because it is worth it.
