    I love this dumb tv, it's the best. Super light weight with nice sound and picture quality. Adding Geek Squad Protection was a sane & smart decision.

    It may initially seem expensive but I recommend getting the 5 year plan on new technology. It has come in handy for me on several occasions throughout the years. The purchase of this protection plan is on a TV that I received at no cost because the previous one was covered by a 5 year plan.

    Honestly wasn't aware that the service came with the purchase. Have had some questions about situations with the TV. Have not followed up like I should. When I was asked to review Geek Squad so I called them. They were very helpful and offered to send someone to check out the problem. The Phone Geek and I decided we would make sure the problem wasn't with the cable network or box. We are working with Spectrum on the problem.

    I recommend geek squad to every person that asks if they should add it on. Technology can have issues, it happens, geek squad provides peace of mind and is always fast, informative, and easy to deal with.

    I have been a customer for 10 yrs and was elite premium for the last 8 and i dont own a business, it was all for me.. i ALWAYS buy extended warranty.. Geek Squad is great.. cant believe sometimes how much i spent at Best Buy.. but i did.. lol

    @BestBuy @BestBuySupport I am going through a nightmare customer service at Geek Squad Scranton 959 Viewmont Dr Dickson City, PA 18519 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with Best Buy's Geek Squad installation service. I purchased a Samsung 75” Class LS03D The Frame Series QLED 4K TV with Anti-Reflection and Slim Fit Wall Mount Included on August 17th, 2024. I scheduled a Geek Squad appointment for TV setup and mounting on August 23rd. During this appointment, the technicians suggested that I hide all the cables, including those from the TV and soundbar. I agreed and rescheduled for August 28th. To my dismay, the team that arrived on August 28th had no idea how to mount the Frame TV. They suggested using the old mount from my previous TV, which was completely against the purpose of purchasing the Frame TV. The team left without mounting the TV and instructed me to reschedule the installation service. I called Geek Squad and spoke with Andy, who informed me that the system was not updated and that I would need to wait 24 hours before calling back to schedule. I followed their instructions, only to be told the same thing again. After waiting an additional 24 hours and calling Geek Squad again, I was informed that the system still had not been updated and that I would need to wait another 24 hours. As a customer who has been waiting for my TV since August 17th, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. It is unacceptable that I have to repeatedly call Geek Squad and beg for them to schedule a service that they have already botched. Their lack of efficiency, knowledge, and customer service is truly appalling. I urge Best Buy to take immediate action to address this issue. I expect a resolution that includes a prompt and correct installation of my TV, as well as compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced. Just to add into the story I spoke to the manager they reach out to me through DM chat when I posted the same concern over social media.. but again told me to wait for another 24 hours telling me they "escalated" just to tell you whenever they tell you they are escalating means they are going to add 24 hours with every escalation but they will not fix your problem just give you another 24 hours. they are flying pigeons to get across internal communication to resolve any issue. run for your life when the representative tell we are escalating Sir.

    1 year old product running android version 4 years old (Android 10) and never having received a major update. furthermore, Sony added ps5 remote play support to Android 12+ TVs when their most "affordable" (but expensive!) ps5 friendly TV model which launched years AFTER ps5 is well behind that update version. Additionally... major holes in USB support, you cannot use ANY app other the built in media player for media on USB (it'll ask you to approve permission on next screen then error when trying to go to next screen).... streaming apps perform horribly with long buffer times and never load thumbnails, and available storage capacity is also horrible only allowing you to install at most about 15 apps

    The gave me a refund for the prior tv that stopped working. Got a better one. Communication could have been better, the tracking and phone service was not the best. Had to go to the store

    $360 for a $2000 tv. If you can buy an expensive tv or electronic, you can buy the warranty. Go and look around at cheaper services. None compare to what geek squad covers and will fix.

    Hopefully I will never need this 5-year protection plan for my new insignia 58 inchTV, but if I do, the price of 59.99 seems like a really great investment for additional protection.

    Geek squad is the best thing to have on your merchandise when you purchase anything from the store they are the number one when it comes down to take care of fixing merchandise so make sure you purchase a merchandise get that warranty with geek squad
