Purchased the 2 year protection, but have not had to use it. Have had great response with this service in the past so felt it was a must.

First TV I purchased didn't work. Geek squad checked it real quick to verify the problem. Was quickly replaced by the technician.

Best Buy reimbursed me the full price, plus sales tax cost of my recently deceased 3 year old UN50JS7000. Without this coverage, replacement would be entirely out of pocket. Just purchased replacement HDTV with 5 year Geek Squad protection as well. Assurance well worth the cost.

Usually never get the protection plan until my Samsung went out after 6 months. Reason we got a Sony and protection

this has saved me so many times from repair fees If they can't repair it, they will give u a new one comparable. The first geek squad agent, broke it even more lol. The second one was like..uh she messed it up we have to replace the entire tv...i was cool with that...so always get this protection plan!!

I hope I never have to use it, but the coverage is good for a good price. Only negative is that I would have to bring it in because it is smaller than 42". I guess that is OK, but I am a small 65+ woman. Not easy for me.

Extended warranty works with BB. Fulfilled their obligation to replace or repair towards the end of purchased warranty.

I have this protection plan on every device we have in the house and it’s a great investment especially if you have children.

I purchased this system before and it was great! The subwoofer worked amazing during action scenes. This one I purchased for my mother and she is living it.

I’m having trouble with the picture freezing when the tv is on for Long periods of time but it’s a nice tv when it don’t freeze it don’t freeze all the time it may have been the settings I had it on. . Samsung works with spectrum for streaming your TV without having to buy additional equipment. Nice TV this is the 24” bought it to fit in my armor you may think this is small but once you start watching tv you don’t notice the size. I also have the 50” in my living room that one is fantastic

I had an issue with my TV. Tje replacement parts were unavailable. My TV without was replaced without a deduction for depreciation and without hesitation.

I’ve never had to use this, but I know geek squad is great at what they do and I recommend getting this good warranty just in case something we’re to happen!

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

Hope i don't need the protection. I wonder if they give you extra time if you have to wait a month for something that was in stock.

Geek squad protection on a 32 inch tv just for the basic coverage.

This service protection really comes in handy. I am able to get help with fixes or troubleshooting on the covered devices whenever I need. It is a real god-send
