This 2 year plan was great to purchase for my device.i didn’t have any problems with this

I bought this TV Warranty to go with my Insignia FireTV I bought during Black Friday. It was not expensive and will cover my TV for 5 years. I hope I do not need to use it, but if I do, it is good to know it is there. Thank you.

I love the geek squad. It has always been a great investment. Peace of mind knowing it’s there if your product fails. When I have had to use the protection plan it has always been a seamless process with geek squad agents. I will not make any major purchase without having geek squad protection.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

The Geek Squad is worth every penny! It is always there to help out with the ever-changing cyber world. Always pleasant, patient and efficient. They take the worry out of dealing with technology! Glad they have my back!

Two tv's went black screen after just two years. Five year plan seems like a good buy.

Great buy! I've used it twice already to troubleshoot problems with my computer since I purchased it. It turned out to be my hard drive and got free repairs, only having to buy the hardware. They were able to retrieve all of my data and transfer it to the new drive.

Love my Geek Squad protection. I've already used it twice for my computer I previously purchased. I have no worries if something goes wrong, I just call them, they reassure me they can fix, I make an appointment and that's it. I've been very satisfied.

I just purchased this warranty and so far I haven't had to use it (thank goodness)! In the past, I have had this warranty and this warranty does far exceeds my expectations and Best Buy stand by their warranty 100%.

They’re very helpful. If I ever have a problem I love going to the geek squad. They have never given me issues

Good for if I need it, but a bit disappointing from their other coverage plans. Most of their other protection plans include accidental damage so if you bump into it or your pets run wild or something happens to it, they'll replace the item. But unsurprisingly as items get more expensive, they drop that option in their protection plans such as this one. I just hope if anything happens to the actual product itself that is a result of regular use, it's actually covered in this plan.

The price for it was good but have not needed them yet butni do need a new battery in my beats headphone will update service after

Tech came to look at my tv, could not replicate the issue but I had pictures and showed it to him And he took care of everything

Being that I have had on TV hit by lightning and a burnt ends on an old lady it I prefer to use Geek Squad affordable cars if they cannot fix it they will replace it or you will get your money back with no problems has been my experience using them

I bought this protection plan for my new 32" TCL Roku tv. It was quite affordable and gives me peace of mind. I have never had to use a bestbuy protection plan in the past, even though I have purchased them before. I'm just glad they offer them.
