The geek squad warranty is is great. But I am ok with never using it.

Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

The Geek Squad protection plan is the best money can buy. It will certainly pay for itself if you need it. Nothing will last forever, but the protection will be there for you. Don't hesitate to get the protection.

i recently had to replace a tv after 2 years of use. The geek squad looked at it and it was not repairable. They gave me the money I spent on the TV as a store credit and I purchased another TV.

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

The geek squad agents hung the TV to the existing mount showed us how of operate the tv and remote. They were quick and efficient.

Service is always top notch here, They make sure im happy and understand everything before leaving and never rush me away

One of the best tv ever. If it’s not Sony, I always go for lg. Got this on clearance and it is full of features. Way better than it’s competitor.

Grateful I had it because I had to use it to replace a tv. They were very helpful in doing so even though they didn’t have the same tv they let me upgrade to a better tv which cost a little more but gave it to me for the price I paid on the other one

I purchased the protection plan for a very expensive tv that I purchased. It suffered a power surge failure only a few weeks after I got it home, and I was so happy that I had protection! They came out and delivered a new tv with no hassle. Great service!

It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

As long as your within your time given for your service the geek squad is very helpful and good to have but once it expires you're on your own.

Haven't had the chance to use this service so I guess I made an excellent choice of product
