Bought this to protect the electronics in my home. Had to use it once, no questions asked. A tech came to my home and did his job. Unfortunately the TV he was working on was trash and couldn't be fixed. The protection plan covered the tv.

The Geek Squad has been there every time I have had problems with my computer. Never a hassle about how it happened or who did what. Only once I had to bring my computer in to the store for them to repair it because I had really screwed it up. Otherwise they can usually repair it over the phone for me. Three cheers for the Geek Squad.

While I have not needed to use these services for the product I just bought, I have had to use the Geek Squad services before. They have always taken care of my needs and I will not have a major purchase without it. Geek Squad protection is one of the main reasons I purchase all of my electronic devices at Best Buy.

Hopefully I'll never have to use this 2-year protection on my TV, but in the event that I do I sure hope Best Buy will come through with a replacement.

My device has not had any problems, but having the peace of mind that if it broke or malfunctions I could easily get it fixed. Amazing service

The geek squad protection plan is a good purchase to cover and problem which could occur. Without it, the cost of repair or replacement could cost more than the protection plan.

Although we probably didn’t need this, we purchased it so we have confidence if we had any issues in the future. Always good to have the geek squad available when you need them.

I had to use this once on a previous purchase and the interaction went as easy as can be. It’s there when you need it.

The replacement under warranty was unbelievably easy. I always purchase extended warranties on big ticket items, thankfully my TV was still under warranty when it went out.

Overall satisfied by return and replacement. However, telephone communication regarding whether warranty would transfer to replacement and help set up when delivered was was very poor. What we were told over the phone and in the writing on the email confirmations was misleading at best. Be very sure you understand 5,year warty does NOT trnsfer to replacement TV even if 4 years were remaining on contract. And unless original set was set up by Geek Squad, they drop the box off and leave. 75” set is hard to hand for two people in 65-75 year old range. Get the correct answers in advance!!! Would still recommend Geek Squad, but watch your back.

Highly recommend getting extended warranty for every purchase. Came in handy when TV stopped working.

Excellent service the agents took great care in delivering the television. Courteous and professional service.

They combined the insurance and installation as one package, so it is stressfree without worrying if we can install the TV correctly especially it is 65". And it combined with an insurance replacement plan for 5 years, so if they did the installation incorrectly, and the TV dropped or cracked, then they will have to replace it.

Worth it! Changed my TV three times in three years due to normal wear and tear. For each replacement did not have to pay more $100 for my new TV (each a different brand). Never get a TV without this warranty.

I haven't had time to use it yet but talking to my sister and my brother I heard that this plan really helps protect your item and it keeps it from anything from having to a long as you got this warranty it really goes above and beyond his name and what it can do

Great extended warranty on your brand new flat screen TV so if anything happens to it, Best Buy will fix it or replace it would recommend anyone

The Geek squad team are awesome! I hate that I waited so long to get their help. I get nice guys that know tons of stuff. They have helped me with setting up a new laptop, got my old printer to communicate with my new laptop and did the greatest job on my install of new wall mounted tv with sound bar. Great guys!!!
