i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.

Unfortunately, I have taken advantage of these TV Warranties several times, even to the point that I received 2 NEW / REPLACEMENT TVs and would have been out a lot of money for the replacements and work if I had NOT PURCHASED these warranties! The up front price may seem high at the time but most likely would be less that the first service call!

Very useful when I had an issue with a product I had to return.

Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

I have been a member of the geek squad for years, it is a great guarantee of having all of my electronics working right without any bugs.

They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

The geek squad protection plan is a good purchase to cover and problem which could occur. Without it, the cost of repair or replacement could cost more than the protection plan.

Although we probably didn’t need this, we purchased it so we have confidence if we had any issues in the future. Always good to have the geek squad available when you need them.

Hope to never use but wish I had bought it last time when my tv started playing up after two years and I spent a lot more to get repairs completed.this time there won’t be any issues hopefully or it’s less than a dollar a week to guarantee resolution.

I had to use mine and they were courteous and processed my claim quickly

A must have for your expensive purchases and make sure to get the max time ones because things usually break after the 3yr mark.

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

The geek squad is always great. Anytime I have needed anything it has been easy to get handled.

I did not purchase a protection plan on day I purchased my 55 IN LG OLED TV. I had second thoughts after that. About 1 week later, I called and purchased the plan by phone. I felt at ease. The customer rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

All smart TV features work seamless, and constantly use the Picture in Picture gesture. No need for smart TV external products. Everything is on the TV. Picture is great when streaming. HDMI is Crystal clear.

Geek squad is the way to go for all purchases made at Best Buy. Now I know your probably thinking well it's a scam and my product has a manufacturer warranty.... Well that's true but the keyword is manufacturers. They only cover thing typically associated with their parts or process. Typically only for 1 year. Like the title says NO BRAINER

I feel better having Geek Squad extended warranty protection than without it. Purchasing these warranties in the past has always paid off and worked out well. The Geek Squad techs know what they are doing.

Glad to have protection on my tv. Haven’t had to use it yet and hope I don’t have to.

I have purchased 3 different TVs from Best Buy each with the protection one of my TVs had an issue within the first year I called Best Buy and they sent someone out immediately the tv could not be fixed so it was replaced. Any large purchase I make through Best Buy I will always purchase the geek squad protection it is a must have
