always buying a warranty with huge cost items you don't wnt to be stuck paying for repairs or replacement yourself

I'm glad I have this! I'm not sure many people know of this or not but best buy warranties are one if not the only warranty that'll cover dead pixels AND burn in! I got an amazing deal on a 5-year plan and wouldn't have bought the TV without it!!!

Always a must for insecure people. There is always a chance that something will fail.. I like the assurance of Best Buy warranties.

I always buy a Best Buy protection plan with any electronic devices. I have used there protection plans in the past when needed and it's great peace of mind knowing if something breaks, Best Buy will fix it or replace it.

I purchased this only because my GeeK Squad tech support would not cover the TV and I have the regular tech support for electronics and I have yet to have a problem as I have had to take my computer in 3 times and has been fixed. I figured this protection plan will be a good idea should something happen in the next 5 years.

The kids there are knowledgeable, and prompt. They were efficient and were able to deliver service exactly when they said they would.

I bought a 85 inch Samsung tv from Best Buy and to be frank, I’m loving it very much. It’s very easy to use and i have not had any difficult problem setting it up.

Peace of mind. Hope I never have to use it. Shouldn't really have to purchase it, but to many things seem to be made to break down in this throw away society we live in. Really hard to rate until it is needed which of course I hope never happens.

Simply the best service from online reps to in store resps. They are here to help and they have done so many times.

Previously I was against extended warranties however I had an issue with another TV I purchased several years ago and of course it happened 2 months after the manufacture warranty was not valid. It wont up costing me over $250 to repair and I had to wait a month. Geek Squad protection is worth it bc you never know when you might need it!!!!!

Geek very knowledgeable and understanding. They replace my TV in 2 days when I know questions asked. They really honor your warranty

Had my Sony TV for 23 month and started going out. So glad I had the Geek Squad coverage. TV is being replaced.

This is Excellent service I sat back, and they did every thing and programmed tv it was all ready to go.

Always buy the plans, they have paid for themselves many times over. I had a 55 inch HD tv break after a year, the let me have a new one. That one then broke about almost two years later, so they let me have yet another one (a new model since the old was gone).

I loved it, it worth every penny, high quality, and very fast processor!

Always comes in handy to have the extra protection. Had to use it once and the process was great for a free replacement.

Haven't used the warranty and Hopefully won't need to. Always had good warranty aervice from Best Buy.

The extended warranty though the Geek squad give you a 5 year warranty.
