very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

Warrarnty is $ well spent. Ive gotten multiple warranties from best buy and had to use a few times. Definitely worth it

After finding a great deal on a new 3D TV, I wanted to make sure it would be in working condition for w long time. The terms of this protection were pretty favorable but with a steep pricey tag. Nevertheless we went ahead and purchased it. Looking forward to using our TV with no worries for the next 5 yrs!

I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!
