I feel grat about having this product for added protection agains accidents

Considering our last LG color panel broke right after the 1 year warranty, we wished we had gotten geek squad like we just did for our new TV. It's nice to know we don't have to bang the back of the TV if something goes wrong.

The 1st agent installed and setup tv and did a thorough job of explaining to me how things work. 2d set of agents mounted tv and installed soundbar. Wish they would have left the manual on how to operate it.

purchased this 2 year warranty for really great price. Will save me from any hassle should the TV malfunction in the future. geek squad comes to your house to fix it for this size of tv ( for smaller you have to take it to them that is what I was told). I have not needed it yet.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

I usually don't purchase a protection plan. I was surred that they would come to my house if there was a problem so it was worth. I haven't used it and hope I won't have to but it gives peace of mind.

I love the geej squade they have fix laptops and answered many questions. I recommend them.

Excellent "Peace-of-Mind" protection in case my TV fails in the future. I have used the protection plan many times in the past on other purchases and have not had any problems with Best Buy honoring the plan.

So glad to have a warranty with this product! It makes it easier to spend the money on it.

Most excellent dudes to protect your package cause it's no fun when your package is broken

Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my tv. Had to use it after 3 years worth every penny!

Best Buy has always treated me well. Haven’t had to use the geek squad service with tv

I purchase geek squad protection on just about all my products that it's available for. The peace of mind and great customer service I receive from Best Buy is worth every penny for these protection plans.

Have not had to use this yet but hope it will be nice if my product goes bad

This Lenovo monitor is the clearest monitor I have used. I will purchase another one for my home.

I haven’t used it with my TV purchase. But I have used the warranty before on my Washer Machine and they sent a technician to fix the problem I had. I had good experience so I purchased it again.
