Went in for a phone repair . Checked in hassle free and returned within 2 hours to pick it back up. Staff is very friendly and knows what they are doing . I would recommend geek squad service to anyone.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

Have not had to use this service yet but the assurance of being able to bring in my TV for any issues makes it worth it. OLED Tvs in particular can have burn-in issues that make this service essential.

So far, no problems, I like the Geek squad very much. This is why I purchased this product from best buy. I bought the 5 year warranty so I hope the freezer lasts this long. It is a nice side for my manufacture home.

The geek squad installed my refrigerator and the water line. I recommend this package with any appliances you buy.

Always get this insurance just in case. I have purchased it for my tv and come in handy, better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have, plus you would pay alot more to fix things.
