Good tv. Just 1 mark on the bottom left of the screen that was their when I got it but other than that it's great.

I purchase Geek Squad coverage for all my major purchases. I had a television that was close to the very end of the coverage - and the TV was literally dying... the Geek Squad came out and did their thing and it was literally like new!

The geek squad protection is definitely a very good investment if ur spending over $500 to get on product. They are friendly and easy to understand when you call on them for help on product.

Must buy if purchasing an OLED TV. Geek Squad is the only plan available to cover burn-in. Best Buy has always backed the their products with amazing customer service satisfaction.

I bought this protection for my new tv. Fortunately the tv never broke so I didn't have to use it. I think for super expensive purchases you might want to go this route, but otherwise I would pass. Most new items come with one or two year warranties anyways.

I had purchased a Geek Squad protection plan for my desk top computer. Computer failed and I took it in to Geek Squad for observations. They said it was beyond repair and gave me credit to get another computer with NO HASSLE. That is definitely a great deal.

Why not protect your investment it always bad when you buy something expensive and then it stops working not having this protection means going out and buy a new one with your money.

I got this after applying for the credit card and I got it for the same price as a 2 year warranty. Having a warranty made it easy to get my television fixed by the geek squad. it covers almost anything.

You cannot find better service anywhere. Always helpful, professional and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

geek squad does everything but replace panels. the repair service of my tv was great the guy came in did the work and left. no hasstle at all. same with my computer however they do not fix panels for tvs so don't buy this warranty if you're looking to have panels replaced due to children.

If I could give it a 0 star I would, brand new tv came broke and customer service was terrible saying it’s nothing they could do about it

Whereas the manufacture's warranty will only fix defective parts and products, the Geek Squad over at Best Buy can fix just about anything wrong with your item, minus physical damage to it. for about 55 bucks, that is certainly a great deal.
