Have not used the geek squad as the television is running perfectly

I purchased to protect my new VIZIO since it is my first SMART TV and I wanted the added security for a tv I was not familiar with. The cost for two years of service was very reasonable and the size of theset makes it fairly easy to take in for needed service.

Much needed to feel safe and secure. Great protection plan.

Did great. Had a plan on our previous television and it went out after two years. It couldn’t be fixed so it was replaced by a newer television practically for free so we did another replacement plan.

Used my extended geek squad warranty Since chipboard was not replaceable!

I think the protection plan is great insurance and if needed deal direct with Beat Buy vs a mfgr….

Just in case the screen cracks as things have been known to fly at the tv occassionaly.

First of all you can’t beat the price and you get the 5 year warranty. Colors are amazing and works well with any new apps and Alexa. Amazing tv for the price.

Awesome coverage plans are offered by Best Buy for TVs that cover so much more than any other store. If you're buying an OLED television, buying from here with insurance is a no brainer.

It was cheap enough. I have heard good things. I know Hisense TVs break down constantly so i figured I would buy this.

Extended warranty is worth the money cause things do happen

I believe my purchases are of value. When I spend a lot of money I want to protect my investments.

I haven’t used it but hopefully if the time comes in two years or less I will be well taken care of!

Havent had to use them yet but since i bought an oled there the only ones i know of with a 5yr warranty that covers burn in so i have no worries.

After 4 years my Insignia went bad, took it to store and they replaced it on the spot!

The service is exceptional. attentive and responsive 'sqaud'dies'! Worth the purchase!

Haven't needed them to correct any problems but great peace of mind that I will have backup if needed.

Always good to have this service and a warranty on your products you buy.

Great to have especially when you have kids! You never know what might happen. Geek squad was able to help me out when I needed it most. Highly recommend
