I bought my daughter's family a new big screen tv. They are not tech savvy people, so I have peace of mind now with the extended warranty.

Must get the 5 year protection plan. You spend that much money on a TV. It's worth the extra money. I got it just to be safe. But LG is a great TV. I don't think I will have to use it.. AND I LOVE The Remote !!

This plan is worth it, it saves a lot of money when it comes to repairs, installations and support. Also in home repairs. I never have to pay for anything if I set an appointment for smaller items in store, except parts.

5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection. I have yet to use this particular plan. But in the past when I need to use a Geek Squad plan they were excellent to work with!

I got this protection due to the fact that my last TV started to go out after 3yrs. Didn't have the protection then but I'm not taking any chances with this one.

What I do not like about the warranty is that once you use it, you no longer have the warranty in effect. For example, I bought a 3 year warranty on a microwave. It died in 18 months. That's it! Warranty over. I paid for 3 years for the remaining 18 months was non transferable.

Its was good for the price and a quick replacement for my tv that decided to break before the wolrd cup final

Geek squad transferred all of our data from our previous computer to our new all in one. Everything is compact with this computer. Just what we were looking for.

Geek Squad has always been Best Buy's bread and butter. Even if they did not help me set up my TV or desktop computer I know they are always a phone call away.

I buy these a lot. When I need help, I go into Best Buy and the Geek Squad agents are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you're not 100% savvy and could use a little help!

This warranty is a great value add for the consumer and Best Buy because it allows open box items to have a warranty and makes buying them worry free.
