The Geek Squad five year protection gives me peace of mind even if I never need to use it

The performance is outstanding overall. The color rendering is flawless, and the motion interpolation works exceptionally well. I highly recommend this for a living room or bedroom with minimal windows or limited direct sunlight for the best viewing experience.

So far haven’t had to use it but good to know I’m covered

TV I purchased had a bad board. They replaced the board at no cost, but still had issues. They were able to replace the TV with a brand new one (newer model) at no additional cost, and they even threw in another warranty for free!

Laborious process to get anything done. Takes a LONG time to have anyone come fix or check items.

We purchased the 5 year protection plan with our new Sony Bravia 65” X85J TV about 2 weeks ago. Have not had to use it yet thankfully and hopefully we don’t have to! So I really can’t comment too much on this but it’s nice to know that if anything does happen to our new TV that Best Buy will be coming out to our home to either repair whatever it may be (as long as it’s not a cracked or broken screen) that it will be fixed for free or replaced and you can believe that for the money we paid for the TV and protection plan, we will DEFINITELY be holding Best Buy to it!! I have all of the paperwork and have read each and every word in the terms and conditions.

I always purchase Geek Squad service protection when I make a qualifying purchase at Best Buy. The Geek Squad technicians are available for help at times that are convenient for my schedule, and when I need in home help, they are always courteous, professional and efficient. Big Box stores cannot match Best Buy's Geek Squad quality, so I highly recommend it for every purchase when available.

This is a great protection plan that worked out for me when I needed it. I had a very small dead pixel on my TV and Geek squad came to review it and the issue was quickly resolved as I was given a gift card to get a new TV.

Had an issue with my Samsung sound bar after attempting to trouble shoot it they ended up just giving me store credit and letting me upgrade to a newer version without any issues

They were fast professional and courteous and explained everything to me.

I bought it because the price was very reasonable. Hopefully I'll never need it. The true test of how good it is will be if I ever try to use it.

5 years protection plan is worth to buy. The TV I bought had a looping issue where it kept turning on and off. The Best Buy representative refunded the full amount without any hassle. Whenever I buy items from Best Buy, I will always get the protection plan. It was very easy to get my money back as store credit.

Have gotten geek squad protection in the past for a tv and just before it ran out, my tv started having issues. Best Buy could no longerfix the tv, but they made it right. Absolutely paid dividends

This television is awesome. The picture and quality is outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone.
