Great tv hidden feajtures that are free, great high resolution and the size is just perfect for a room Would highly advise you to get it

Geek squad comes through again. This is the 2nd time that this warranty has replaced a very expensive TV with another very expensive TV. Very much worth the cost of the warranty. Sony warranty would not have covered the burn in issue on my former OLED. Geek squad replaced with no questions asked.

I have always purchased the Best Buy Protection Plan on big-ticketed items like TVs, laptops that could easily get damaged. I had been advised not to get it as it is a waste of money since products are built to last. But not all products do. For the $500/5yr Protection Plan I purchased in 2010, I have called Geek Squad several times to fix my broken TV. Paid $0 on all those house calls. When they could not fix the TV in my last service call, they replaced it. What did I get? A $1000 credit to go towards the purchase of a new one...Of course, I purchased the Protection Plan, thus this review :)

Best Buy stands behind their products so I always buy the protection plan. Many people feel that the plans are a waste of money but they are wonderful if you have a problem with a product. I have bought many plans and never used them but on the other hand I have had plans on larger purchases that ended up being a tremendous product to invest in for the future of my purchase. I always spend the few extra dollars for my protection and peace of mind.

Once again always get it. if you can afford something from best buy then dont cheap out on protection for those products. VERY IMPORTANT

I always a good idea to get this protection. Just take the product backband they replace it with no questions asked.

Got it for protection as my last tv was done after a ppwer outtage at the 3 year mark

I like the knowledge of having a five year warranty if it is needed. Great price

I am hoping I don’t have to use the warranty. Having a minimum of 50 characters. In order to submit the survey is ridiculous. If there’s nothing wrong, I would think you wouldn’t want to have a drawn out explanation. That is annoying.

The agents were knowledgeable and helped me get the tv I wanted even though it was out of stock. The agents ordered it for me and it took less then 3 days.

I would recommend the service protection from The geek squad from Best buy it's affordable and service is great so go grab some geek squad protection on your appliance ,TV or any electronic that is offered on
