Have to give local Geek Squad 5 Stars. If you get transferred to call center hang up and give Glendora Geek Squad the call. They know customer service.

Didn't do the warranty on a TV I got about 6 years ago. But this time I did so if anything goes wrong I'll have them fix it. Best thing I did.

For the amount I spent on the tv, this was a must buy add on. 5 years of coverage that really protects the amount spent.

Never had to use it so I gave it five stars because it was there IF i needed it.

Purchased the extra protection for the new TV we purchased as it was inexpensive, that being said it was a "just in case" purchase and hopefully we won't need to put it to the test.

I haven't had to use my protection plan but I hope I never have to either. I would recommend the plan just in case you have something unintended happen to your product.

I chose to purchase 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for my tv just in case anything were to happen. I don't expect it to, but it's good to know that Best Buy is going to do everything possible to fix it if it comes to that.

We all hope that we never have issues with our electronic purchases, but sometime that does not happen. This 5 Year plan is well worth the money paid, if problems arise with the TV purchase!

I purchase extended protection from BB on all major electronic purchases. With the declining quality in electronics recently it is definitely worth the cost to me.

Good service but the salesman don't seem to have the same story on what it covers or how to use it. I canceled the protection after I returned the product due to it stopping working.

I am glad that I got the x warranty, because the tv came broken. A SONY X 75 k or 55 inch smart model

I always buy a Best Buy Protection Plan when I make a larger dollar purchase. It gives me peace of mind and I think it's a great value. I will continue to do this for future purchases.

Warranties from Geek squad are the absolutely best. Anything goes wrong, just return it. Easy.

Wouldn't buy any electronics without a warranty. Have used this same type of warranty before thru Best Buy and we were never upset or disappointed with the service or follow up.
