Really happy with Geek Squad protection on our purchases

Love geek squad! Knowing that my items are covered helps me feel better about what I may have spent on it!!

Purchased extended warranty for my new Sony OLED TV. Worth the expense if you plan on keeping the TV for a while.

Very good quality And very satisfied with the results.

I have taken my 2 different laptops to get serviced and they always stood by their work if they couldn’t get it right the 1st time and had to bring it back they would fix it

So glad I got this. TV broke, Geek Squad came out next day, couldn't fix it so they replaced the TV. Bonus - the TV I originally purchased was no longer available so they upgraded the TV and restarted my 2 year warranty with the new one.

Geek squad comes in handy for a variety of things. I love this membership. I have had my computer hard drive replaced, viruses removed, cell phones fixed or replaced.

I ended up buying this after the OLED I purchased had an issue within the first week. I made me want the extra protection from Best Buy.

Haven't used it yet. But I feel very secure knowing that if I have a geek related crisis, the geeks will be there. It helps me sleep at night better than my old blankey.

So far, so good. Haven't had to use it yet. Would purchase again.

I totally love the new laptop!! It is light weight and runs great. Apple products are the way to go.

The best extended warranty on the market, for the next 5 years I will not worry about pixels not working, LCD black spots, surge problems and even the remote not working. That's all covered!!

As you may know, Simply, GET IT! For a small (relatively) fee, this can save you from having to, at the least, wait for an eternity to get your phone back! Just fix/replace it.

These guys really know what they’re doing. Kind enough to explain how to work the new items I bought. When I bought it I was told the would program my garage door opener to my phone and program my new phone to my car phone.... but they don’t.

I bought a Samsung TV, after 1 year it was not repairable, Good thing I had a 5 yr warranty. I got another TV, almost for free.

Just purchased this Geek Squad Plan for a 32-inch Insignia (Best Buy brand) TV.

The TV mounting service was atrocious and delivery was abysmal. As long as geeksquad commits to their warranty service if I ever need them in 5 years, I might recommend this service.
