I purchased the 2-year Standard Geek Squad Protection for the Pioneer - 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV that I bought as a gift for my son's birthday.

Geek squad has always been very helpful. I dropped off my laptop in the past and they’ve repaired it.

The exprienece with geek squad was very good they were prompt and listened to my query and provide the solution

Never had to use them but purchased for back up if needed they came highly recommended

a must have when you purchase a TV, this alone saved me thousands in the repolacement process. My TV started to have pixels go bad (white lines accorss the television) in the top right corner. I was able to have geek swuad take a look and they said its no good and issue me a credit for the TV through the insurance. Withour it i would have paid 3k plus tax, with this insurance i paid a third a got the new insurance...

The tv quality is amazing, the sound is also amazing. I love how if I lose my remote I can use my phone as the remote.

I called after my TV suddenly stopped working and the agent was very helpful and a replaced my TV within 3 days they came to my house picked up my old broken TV and installed my new TV all in all this was an excellent experience

Hopefully I never need it but to know you have a 5 year warranty is a good thing.

Had an issue with the TV 19 months after purchase. Geek squad will replace it. Glad I got the protection plan.

The repair team at the Minnetonka store went above and beyond to assist me with my issue, they weren't able to resolve the issue due to extenuating circumstances, but I left with a plan and was completely satisfied.

Honest service. They won't jerk you around trying to get paid for doing unnecessary repairs. The techs are knowledgeable. Although the products are good, they often fail after the manufacturer's warranty, which is a common practice (planned obsolescence). Geek Squad is there to honor and help.

I'm glad I bought this. If anything is to happen I know I'm safe and secure with the best of the best
